As the company’s business continues to expand, order volumes are steadily increasing, and the demand for production staff is also rising. However, the previously employed recruitment and training approaches were overly simplistic and generic, resulting in new hires taking too long to become fully operational—and even when they do join, they struggle to contribute effectively in the short term.
To this end, the Human Resources and Administration Department took the lead, coordinating with multiple departments including Manufacturing and Molding, to comprehensively review and reorganize every stage—recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and more—and formulated a series of stricter, more effective, and highly practical policies and procedures.
We believe that, taking this as an opportunity, we will be able to recruit new talent more effectively, provide better training and performance evaluations, and help newcomers quickly meet the company’s production needs, thereby enhancing our ability to support the company’s manufacturing operations.
