Recently, Dalian Bohai Rubber & Plastics Co., Ltd. has continued to increase its investment in fixed assets and launched an intelligent upgrade project for production and quality‑inspection equipment, further strengthening its capabilities in the manufacture of precision rubber products and comprehensively enhancing both the production capacity and quality‑control standards of rubber sealing products such as O‑rings.
This time, the company plans to add five new 300‑ton vulcanizing molding machines and has already signed a preliminary contract with the equipment manufacturer. The new equipment is expected to arrive at the plant in November; once commissioned, it will significantly expand rubber vulcanization and molding capacity, enhance process stability, boost the mass‑production capability of precision rubber products, and enable the company to meet customer order‑delivery requirements more efficiently.
Meanwhile, the company has introduced visual inspection equipment specially developed for precision rubber products such as O-rings. The system has already been delivered to the facility and is currently undergoing installation and commissioning; it is expected to be officially put into operation by the end of October. Leveraging intelligent visual recognition technology, the equipment can automatically detect minute surface defects in rubber components, reducing human‑error‑induced inspection inaccuracies, significantly improving the pass rate of outgoing products, and strengthening quality assurance for precision rubber seals.
Going forward, Dalian Bohai Rubber & Plastics Co., Ltd. will continue to advance the intelligent transformation of its production lines, leveraging hardware upgrades to simultaneously expand capacity and enhance product quality, thereby consistently delivering stable, reliable precision rubber sealing products and professional ancillary services to its customers.
