With the explosive growth of artificial intelligence technology, AI is profoundly transforming the way we work. To keep pace with the times and enhance the digital productivity of all employees, our company has recently undertaken proactive initiatives, organizing a series of training sessions and hands-on activities on AI software applications, with the aim of exploring the deep integration of AI into office workflows.

The first installment focuses on widespread adoption and aims to spark innovative thinking.
On September 11, our company hosted a special seminar titled “Applications of AI Software in the Office” for all office staff. During the event, Mr. Bai from the Product Technology Department kicked things off by sharing practical tips and insights on leveraging AI software. Following his presentation, attendees engaged in an open and lively discussion, voicing the pain points and challenges they encounter when using AI in their daily work, and inspiring one another through these exchanges. After the seminar, the company assigned a hands-on task: “Using AI to Solve Everyday Work Challenges.” Winners of first, second, and third place will be selected through an evaluation and invited to present their solutions, fostering learning through competition and ensuring the effective integration of AI tools into everyday workflows.

Phase II focuses on enhancing management efficiency by bringing in professional expertise.
On September 23, our company invited an officially authorized representative from Tencent Cloud to deliver a special seminar titled “Introduction to the WorkBuddy Product and How Managers Can Leverage It to Boost Efficiency.” The session provided senior management with an in-depth understanding of WorkBuddy’s powerful features. Drawing on real-world challenges encountered in daily operations, both sides engaged in thorough learning and open dialogue. Following the event, the Tencent Cloud representative conducted an on-site assessment of one of our company’s repetitive workflows and will subsequently develop a tailored optimization plan to streamline processes using WorkBuddy, further strengthening our collaborative relationship.
