Since the beginning of August, the Dalian region has experienced unusually hot weather, with maximum temperatures exceeding 36°C, and the molding workshop has been particularly sweltering. Due to health concerns and other factors, many molding‑shop employees have fallen ill, while recruitment efforts have encountered numerous challenges, leaving the shop severely understaffed.
Accordingly, the company has decided that department heads will personally take the lead in working on the front lines of the molding workshop, stepping into production roles themselves. This initiative ensures smooth production and timely delivery to customers. At the same time, it has fostered a company-wide spirit of “when one side is in need, support comes from all quarters,” further strengthening team cohesion across the organization.
