In response to recent safety and quality issues arising in molding production, the June monthly molding meeting was held. The meeting focused on training and communicating the following topics, while also setting forth relevant requirements:
1. Recent Safety Issues: Review recent safety hazards and incidents encountered during commuting and at work to continuously enhance employees’ safety awareness, thereby ensuring personal safety and the smooth continuation of production activities.
2. Several batch-quality issues have recently arisen in production.
3. Recently, certain process issues have been identified during customer inspections and production, including incorrect parameter settings and inaccuracies in various records.
4. Recent performance in meeting quota targets.
Through the above training, we hope to continuously enhance employees’ safety and quality awareness, steadily improve production efficiency, reduce costs associated with defects and other issues, and provide robust foundational support for the company’s strategic transformation.
