Recently, during inspections of the manufacturing and molding sites, senior company officials identified numerous issues. These findings clearly highlight many shortcomings in on-site management and also reveal certain gaps still present in our daily management practices. Therefore, at the weekly molding meeting, we briefed all vulcanization personnel on these identified issues, laid out plans for the next phase of work, and put forward the following requirements:
● Smoking regulations: No products inside the mold; heat up, then measure temperature after returning. The shift leader takes over the injection molding machine.
● Starting tomorrow, all staff members are required to wear full work uniforms.
● Release agent spraying: Within one month of onboarding, the team leader shall spray the release agent, and the amount sprayed must be strictly controlled.
● Strictly adhere to the scheduled shift start and end times for machine operation.
● First-piece inspection (removing burrs, 5 points); the quantity and method of subsequent inspections are currently under quality review.
● Recent quality issues with certain products (e.g., KK086).
