The natural rubber processing plant located in Mengla, Yunnan, serves as the vital supply hub for the core raw materials in our product line. Our team conducted an on-site visit to observe the entire process—from tapping rubber trees to collect latex, receiving and inspecting the latex upon its arrival at the factory, standardizing the processing procedures, and finally performing precise quality inspections.
· In the raw material area, we witnessed the stringent grading and warehousing standards applied to natural latex/rubber blocks—from screening based on physical characteristics to initial parameter assessments—ensuring that quality passes the “first hurdle.”
· In the laboratory, a fully equipped testing facility and rigorous Standard Operating Procedures ensure that every batch of rubber leaving the factory passes dozens of stringent tests—including Mooney viscosity, tensile strength, and ash content. Driven by data, our quality management system makes “reliable quality” a quantifiable and traceable reality.

· In the production workshop, the automated latex cleaning line and the crushing and filtration line vividly demonstrate how modern technology endows natural raw materials with a more stable and purer “quality gene.” The “engineering records” for each processing step ensure that every batch of raw material is “traceable and accountable.”
