In August, the third phase of training for the Bohai region was carried out as scheduled. To effectively enhance the training’s impact, the Human Resources and Administration Department conducted extensive needs assessments in advance and, in close alignment with the company’s strategic plan for the second half of the year, refined and adjusted the course content to ensure that the training is more closely aligned with frontline operations and better supports real-world application.
On August 6, Product Engineer Yan delivered a specialized presentation titled “Interpreting Special Symbols on Drawings,” helping participants overcome obstacles in reading technical drawings and enhancing their ability to understand and work with such documents. On August 13, Process Engineer Teng presented on “Factors Affecting the Quality of Rubber Products and Corresponding Mitigation Measures,” using real-world case studies to thoroughly analyze quality‑impacting factors and their root causes. Following the session, practical assignments were assigned to guide participants in independently mapping out engineering‑level quality‑related management approaches, drawing on the company’s three‑tier documentation system, thereby strengthening the integration of theory and practice.
On August 28, Engineer Feng and Engineer Cao from the Quality Department jointly delivered a course on “5S Site Management.” The session opened with a cleverly placed paper ball in the hallway, using this “small trap” to prompt participants to deeply reflect on the principles of 5S. The course underscored that 5S is not only a foundational tool for organizing and cleaning but also a critical cornerstone for building a standardized management system—and a key enabler for achieving breakthroughs in the precision‑product arena. Engaging case studies allowed attendees to directly appreciate the profound value of 5S in enhancing personal discipline and ensuring workplace safety. Following the session, participants proactively assessed their own roles against real‑world practices, identifying areas for improvement and committing to internalize 5S standards and put them into action.
