By precisely simulating complex outdoor conditions—including full-spectrum solar irradiation, alternating temperature and humidity cycles, and artificial rain—this equipment efficiently assesses the weathering resistance of a wide range of materials, such as rubber, plastics, coatings, composites, and textiles. It enables rapid prediction of material degradation phenomena like aging, color fading, cracking, and chemical breakdown during long-term outdoor service, providing a scientific and reliable basis for evaluating product service life in outdoor environments and helping companies proactively mitigate product quality risks.
The equipment is equipped with a high-definition, intelligent touch-control console featuring a simple and intuitive user interface that requires no extensive training to operate. It supports multi-segment program settings, real-time monitoring of test curves, timed scheduled operation, one-touch storage and recall of parameters, and other versatile functions. Users can flexibly tailor customized test protocols to meet the specific testing requirements of different materials, significantly enhancing testing efficiency. In addition, the device is fitted with a high-precision rotary speed regulator and a dedicated lamp-monitoring module, which ensure stable control of the test rotation speed, uniform illumination across all sample areas, and real-time monitoring of the xenon lamp’s irradiance and operational status. The system provides timely alerts for lamp degradation, thereby maintaining consistent test conditions throughout the entire procedure and ensuring greater repeatability and reliability of the test data—meeting the stringent standards of industrial testing.
