Some say a company is like a train—some people get on, and some people get off.
But we feel that the company is more like a home.
At every “family feast,” we invite back the family members who once fought side by side with us.
When a familiar face appears before me once again…
A simple “Long time no see” instantly breaks down my defenses.
At the dinner table, watching them chat and laugh so naturally, it felt as if we’d always been together and never once parted.
After the gathering, each parting was filled with overwhelming reluctance—reluctance because of the deep bond and friendship we shared.
Each retired comrade marks the successful conclusion of a career. The qualities they embody—“loyalty, dedication, focus, and devotion”—are the invaluable treasure of “Bohai Rubber & Plastics.”
Here, we wish them good health and a fulfilling life in the days ahead, and hope they’ll have another chance to “give it another shot” in a brand-new chapter of their lives.
