In order to further enhance employee professional skills, Dalian Bohai Rubber and Plastics Co., Ltd. on 6 month 13 day organized a learning activity on basic rubber knowledge for all office employees. This activity aims to enhance employees' understanding of the company's products and basic rubber knowledge. The lecturer of this lecture was Mr. Liu Xiaotien, Minister of Mixing Engineering Department, who introduced the characteristics of rubber, rubber material selection schemes and formula design in a simple and easy-to-understand way. The learning atmosphere was lively, and the participating employees all said that the content of this learning was very practical, the group discussion was enthusiastic, broadened their thinking, and solved the confusion encountered in their work. General Manager Shen Dongqing encouraged all employees to apply the knowledge they learned to their work, establish a quality awareness, and provide better services to customers.
