Since late July, the Dalian region has experienced unusually intense heat, with maximum temperatures exceeding 36°C, marking the official onset of the peak summer period. The molding workshop has also been exceptionally hot. To ensure uninterrupted production and timely shipments, company management has thoughtfully implemented a series of measures to mitigate the heat and maintain normal operations, primarily including the following steps:
1. Twice daily, we thoughtfully provide employees with chilled mung bean soup.
2. We thoughtfully provide chilled watermelon for employees every day.
3. Procure ice cubes on an emergency basis and place them at the molding site.
4. Provide sufficient electric fans for production staff.
5. Sufficient heat‑stroke prevention medications have been provided for employees.
Through the measures outlined above, employees’ discomfort has been alleviated to a certain extent. In response, staff have expressed their welcome and gratitude, with many pledging to ensure smooth production, fulfill delivery commitments, and do their utmost to support the company’s sustainable development.
