The quality department successfully passed the IATF 16949:2016 international quality management system audit with high marks, solidifying the foundation of quality in the automotive industry.
Recently, the quality department of [Dalian Bohai Rubber and Plastics Co., Ltd.] successfully passed the annual surveillance audit of the IATF 16949:2016 international automotive quality management system. The audit team gave high praise to the effectiveness of the company's quality management system, signifying that the company's quality management capabilities in the automotive parts and related services field have reached international standards, injecting strong confidence into the company's deep cultivation of the global automotive industry chain.
This audit was conducted by a professional audit team from [Hunan Sirin Huasheng Certification and Inspection Co., Ltd.], covering all processes led by the quality department, including document management, process control, product inspection, and customer feedback handling. The audit team used methods such as reviewing documents, on-site observation, employee interviews, and sampling verification to conduct a comprehensive review of the conformity, effectiveness, and continuous improvement capabilities of the company's quality management system. During the four-day rigorous audit, the quality department, with its clear management structure, detailed process records, and efficient problem closure mechanism, successfully passed all examinations. It received special recognition from the audit team in core clauses such as product traceability, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and measurement system analysis (MSA), ultimately completing the audit with excellent results of zero major nonconformities and zero minor nonconformities.
