In December 2024, in order to improve the yield rate of the project and reduce customer complaints, the quality department, with a quality engineer as the instructor, conducted a lecture for frontline workers on the reasons and countermeasures for customer complaints. A questionnaire was used to test the understanding of frontline employees, and the final pass rate was over 90%, achieving the expected results.
