Manufacturing Defect Improvement Initiative

Recently, a dedicated improvement team has been established to address long-standing production issues—primarily focusing on products with high defect rates. The team comprises members from departments such as technology, manufacturing, and quality inspection. They hold daily meetings to discuss these challenges, propose targeted improvement measures, assign clear responsibilities, and systematically track and verify the effectiveness of both the improvements and their implementation. The goal is to reduce the defect rate of these persistently problematic products back within the specified acceptable range—and to ensure that continuous improvement efforts can be sustained over time.
Manufacturing and Molding 5S / Process Discipline / Quota Improvement Activities

In the second half of 2025, the company will focus on improving the achievement rate of 5S/process discipline/quotas in manufacturing molding as one of the key tasks. To this end, manufacturing molding will conduct multiple rounds of training for all molding employees, with targeted training addressing specific issues. At the same time, company executives and management regularly conduct inspections. Molding will carry out targeted improvements based on each inspection result, and internally perform daily self-inspections. Through this series of activities, our 5S/process discipline/quotas achievement rate will see a significant improvement and enhancement.
