To adapt to market changes and the company's strategic development needs, and to further strengthen core competitiveness, Dalian Bohai Rubber & Plastics Co., Ltd. systematically optimized and upgraded its existing organizational structure on August 13, 2025. This adjustment aims to improve operational efficiency, promote cross-departmental collaboration, and create greater value for customers and partners.
Chairman Hao Chuanwei personally presided over the meeting, and General Manager Shen Dongqing announced and explained the company's new organizational structure, flattened management, and improved decision-making efficiency. This major decision marks the company's entry into a new round of strategic upgrades.
During the meeting, Chairman Hao said: "Faced with the rapid iteration of the industry and the increasingly diversified market demands, the original structure has been difficult to fully adapt to the pace of the company's rapid development. The new architecture reshapes the division of labor and collaboration processes with the core concepts of 'agility, collaboration, and innovation'. Further improve operational efficiency, strengthen market competitiveness, and create greater value for customers."
