Facing the development trend and dynamics of the rubber industry, the topic is released for the direction with industrial application prospects in the industry, focusing on the common problems of the rubber industry, mechanism research and the solution of basic problems in the preparation of new materials. There are 11 open topics, and the implementation period shall not exceed 3 years.
Topic 1: Study on simulation method and experimental method of dynamic constitutive and limit working condition of rubber with large deformation
To study the macro-and micro-deformation behavior characteristics and mechanical evolution of cross-linked rubber under the condition of external stress, and to establish the computer analysis method and structure model of nonlinear deformation behavior of cross-linked rubber under the condition of external stress. Through the computer simulation of rubber fracture, fatigue, friction and other microscopic deformation behavior of the action process, analysis of rubber deformation and failure principle.
Topic 2: Study on rare earth catalyst, polymerization technology and properties of rare earth isoprene rubber for synthesis of high cis polyisoprene
To study the controllable synthesis of high cis polyisoprene technology, to investigate the synthesis of high cis polyisoprene with rare earth catalyst on the performance of the polymerization reaction, and to investigate the relationship between the structure and performance of polyisoprene. It is required to develop a rare earth catalytic system with high activity, high selectivity and suitable for production, and the cis content of high cis-polyisoprene rubber is not less than 98%.
Topic 3: Study on molecular structure and condensed structure of vulcanized rubber
The changes of cross-linked bond density, cross-linked bond structure composition and content, filler aggregation structure and rubber-filler condensed state structure of cross-linked rubber under different research systems, processing technology, storage methods and time and practical application conditions were analyzed, and the effects of cross-linked rubber molecular structure, filler structure and surface characteristics and rubber-filler interaction on the physical properties of vulcanized rubber were analyzed.
Topic 4: Research and Development of Oil Resistant and High and Low Temperature Resistant Materials
The performance of sealing materials under several different temperature resistance conditions is studied, specifically involving the solution of low temperature resistance of fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, high temperature resistance of nitrile rubber, low temperature resistance of chloroprene rubber and low temperature elasticity improvement of acrylic rubber.
Topic 5: Study on the microstructure and interaction mechanism of rubber and filler in wet mixing process
Based on wet mixing technology, research on surface treatment and modification of rubber fillers, research on rubber microstructure, and research on rubber filler interaction and filler dispersion improvement are carried out, requiring that the hysteresis loss of tires produced by this technology be reduced by at least 60% while the wear resistance remains unchanged.
Topic 6: Research on key technology of intelligent tire
The project requires to solve the active and passive pressure/temperature/RFID and other device implantation methods and processes in the tire, and to carry out the research on the demodulation technology and its evaluation platform under the complex working conditions of the tire. Realize multi-sensor technology fusion and tire life cycle monitoring and analysis.
Topic 7: Research on regional segmentation method of tire X-ray image
Development and design of X-ray images based on grayscale texture features of the tire region accurate segmentation method, including: for various specifications of tire X-ray images, the development of 0 to 4 belt layer, sub-mouth cloth, reverse package accurate segmentation and edge extraction algorithm.
Topic 8: Research on surface structured light 3D measurement system
Development and design of three-dimensional measurement system based on surface structured light, including: hardware selection and construction, high-precision (micron resolution) three-dimensional measurement system research and development, can use the manipulator or turntable way, can measure the size of various parts of the workpiece from various angles, and reconstruct the three-dimensional shape of the workpiece through three-dimensional splicing.
Topic 9: Research on defect detection of tire X-ray image in non-uniform environment
For different tire factory tire X-ray images, using statistical texture information, design a common recognition algorithm, quickly and effectively identify bubbles, impurities, and region segmentation, quantify the shape area information, the final recognition algorithm to achieve the false positive rate is less than 2%, the missed rate is less than 1.
Topic 10: Research on the reliability of manipulator positioning accuracy
Based on the fault physics and digital simulation method, the reliability quantitative analysis is carried out to determine the weak link, sensitive stress and rated monitoring parameters, which provides the basis for the improvement of the reliability of the positioning accuracy of the manipulator. On this basis, the reliability verification test method of the positioning accuracy of the manipulator is designed, and the test is carried out, so as to provide a set of analysis and test methods for the improvement of the reliability of the positioning accuracy of the manipulator.
Topic 11: Research on test data repeatability of dynamic balance measurement system
In view of the poor repeatability of the tire dynamic balance measurement system in the test data, based on the DOE (design of experiment) method, the sensitivity analysis of the performance parameters of the mechanical system and the measurement system is carried out, and the key influencing factors affecting the measurement system are found out, which provides the basis for the improvement of the design of the tire dynamic balance measurement system. On this basis, the repeatability test scheme of the dynamic balance measurement system is designed and tested, so as to provide a set of analysis and test methods for the data repeatability of the tire dynamic balance measurement system.
